The LL.M. in International Business Practice is for American law graduates and practitioners, providing an emphasis on international business, trade, dispute resolution, and crossborder practice of law. The LLM requires satisfaction of 21 credits over three cycles in a three-year period. Cycles I and II are taught in Salzburg, Austria. Cycle III is taught at Lazarski University School of Commerce and Law, Warsaw, Poland. Cycle I will be conducted 13-26 March 2011 at Leopoldskron Palace, the Center for International Legal Studies venue for academic programs in Salzburg. Cycle II will be conducted 18-31 March 2012 in Salzburg. Cycle III will be conducted in March or April 2013 in Warsaw. Six credits are to be absolved at each Cycle, with 30 class hours per week. The remaining three credits may be absolved during the three-year period by directed research project or by participating in any two of the Center's several continuing legal education programs offered annually in Europe, North America, and other venues throughout the world. Enrollment is limited to persons admitted to practice in the US and/or Juris Doctor graduates of an American Bar Associated accredited law school. Lazarski University was established in 1993 and is a leading Polish university with approximately 7,000 students and 260 faculty. The Center for International Legal Studies was established in 1976 as a non-profit Austrian legal entity, is an accredited CLE provider and administers a variety of academic programs.
